Become a Member
The main purpose of the Cooperative is to give its members the chance to spend outdoor holidays and in contact with nature. The Cooperative also manages recreational and sport activities.
If you decide to become a member of Mare Verde can enjoy any of one of the three types of facilities: Prefab Bungalow Homes, Masonry bungalows or Equipped Camping pitchs.
Masonry bungalows are 50 sqm. They have a large bedroom, a toiler with shower and a spacious living room with kitchenette, where you can find 2 two double sofa beds.
Outside there’s a porch area of about 10 square meters where it comfortable to have meal in open air, a wide 100 sqm garden and a parking lot next to the bungalow.
Each property has a heat pump for heating in winter and cooling in summer.
The bungalow is 37 square meters and consists of two bedrooms, one double and one room with two single beds. a kitchen area and a bathroom.
Outside there’s a porch and a garden of about 50 sqm. Since the Village is open even in the winter, all cottages have their own heating system.
Each bungalow has its own parking place.
Pitches are 110 sqm within which each member can place his own accommodation under the pre-built roofing.
Every pitch is 20 sqm and has a bathroom and a small kitchen. There’s a parching place in front.
Camping pitchs are the most easy to customize solution.
