Mare Verde village is organized in 46 concrete bungalows, 184 bungalows and 148 pitches and has four swimming pools. Two of them are close to the bungalow plots, the others are in the pitches area quite close to the Service Centers, the meeting place for the members.

The facilities include bar, restaurant, pizzeria, supermarket and free sport courts.

The accommodation facilities are well laid out to ensure individual privacy, but meanwhile common areas are planned to improve aggregation, interaction and friendship among members.

Mare Verde village is in a great position for excursion and surrounded by many cultural, environmental, historical and landscape destinations throughout the Val di Cornia, and also out of it.

Mare Verde village combines perfectly the needs of those who like the comforts and conveniences of the city, but like to relax in the Nature.

The three types of possible accommodation are:

• Bungalow with two bedrooms, living room and kitchenette, with a small porch outside and individual garden.
• Bungalow with a large double bedroom, a living room and a large individual garden with a porch,
• Equipped pitches with kitchen and toilet facilities in individual masonry with a roof where you can park caravans, pitch tents or mobile home.

Each type of accommodation has a parking lot. 

In the village  4-legged friends are welcome, in compliance with the Village Regulations and after registering them.
